Wholesale Login Steps
We've made some changes to our site, and placing wholesale orders online will now require logging into a wholesale account to view wholesale pricing. Please review the steps below to access your account.
Steps to login to wholesale account:
Step 1: Login to wholesale account
Find the wholesale login icon in the site header (top of site, beside menu) or scroll down to bottom of the page and click "Wholesale Login" link.
Step 2: Access account, or if account doesn't exist choose "Create an account" option
When logged into your account, you should see a "Wholesale Account" header, which lets you know your wholesale account is properly set up.
If you are having trouble accessing your account, it just means you haven't logged into your account previously. Choose "Create Account" link and sign up using the email address you use to place orders on the website.
When logged in after creating an account, if you don't see the "Wholesale Account" title on your account or the wholesale pricing on the site, please reach out to us via email and let us know which email you used to sign up and we'll set your account up to place wholesale orders on the site.
Step 3: Click account activation link sent to email address
After setting up your account, you will be sent an activation link to confirm your account. Check your email including the Spam and "Promotions" folder to find this email and click the button in the email to activate your account.
Account Page
When logged into your account, you can see your previous orders, saved addresses and payment statuses.
Checkout Process
To checkout, select the red "Wholesale Account Checkout" button on the cart page for net terms. Selecting the black "Checkout" button will request payment upon completing checkout. Note: Shipping will be added to invoice prior to shipping your order.
