SHIPPING 

We ship from our distribution center located in Vancouver, BC within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Gilmour piece as much as we enjoyed creating it. However, if something is not quite right we can provide a return within 14 days of purchase date according to the following guidelines: 

14 DAYS RETURN 
Any item purchased may be returned within 14 days with original proof of purchase. The item must be in original condition, with all labels and tags intact and accompanied by the original packing slip.

WE CAN NOT OFFER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE AFTER 14 DAYS 

**PLEASE NOTE ** Online Purchases can only be returned to the GILMOUR distribution center, and cannot be returned to a retailer. Our retail partners are independent stores and can not facilitate returns or exchanges of online purchases.

We do not accept returns of the following merchandise:

- Any clothing items that have been altered, washed or worn.

- Sale merchandise

- After 14 days of the purchase date

 If your item is defective we will exchange it, free of shipping charges.

Note: We recommend that you use a postal service that insures the value of the goods. Please save your tracking number, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our facility. We will process returns within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise.

We do not accept COD returns. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs and the shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Within 14 days of receiving your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent when the return is complete.
